Gents, it has to do with the exchange rate. + we have a much bigger market and the closer you get to the end of the year the better the buy's.

If you had a look at the comparison now the exchange rate is 2:1 the costs of a saw will be almost the same.

What I ment was that ELG claimed that the lower prices were a product of High Population.New Zealand has a low population with cheaper Saws at the time Stevie Bought his 192.

Mike, There is a big difference between a High population and a bigger market. I believe I said bigger market and sales can be had on most everything here in the states at the end of the year to make room for new models and clear out old stock. Someone actually posted a price of $700.00 for a easy-lift harness about a week ago and even after the difference in the currency the price was no where near that amount, esp. since this person could have bough direct since he was not from the UK. I guess it depends on your math.
