We actually manufacture a diamond profile wheel that fits on a bench grinder, it is diamond electroplated with a internal profile 13mm wide with a full radius & is coarse coated for easy use just move the carbide tooth into the radius & grind it instantly & still keeping the correct shape, I supply them to saw sharpening & stump sharpener in the UK & in Europe, they are safer than green grit wheels & last about 30 times longer if dressed regularly & used correctly, if you want more information message me I'll be glad to help

I dont think the rep is paid enough Will SS trading do make grinding wheels, I had a search about and this kit is available. Stump Grinder Tooth Sharpening | Blades LLC

Cheers Bob. Will have to look into that. Might have to wait till I decide what to upgrade the grinder to rather than jump in and find it won't sharpen the new teeth.

So spurred on by this I managed to find this green wheel for the bench grinder.

It's very good, cost €30 so not dear, a million times better than those diamond discs for a hand held grinder.

I'll load the pics individually, each tooth will take a minute max.

I'll wait till I get some proper breathing stud before I do more as I've no idea what the dust is.
