Heard a story from someone who had a customer complain about the noise of the chipper working during the day and was worried about disturbing the neighbours as well. The garden was at the end of the runway for Leeds/Bradford airport. There is no pleasing some people.

I would be pretty unhappy if I was at home and a tree team was working all day and past 8pm. Emergency counted out.

I have always found most residents love watching us work, they find it entertaining. And they appreciatte how hard we work, they say its refreshing to see guys working hard and love watching someone up the tree and then the chippers working.:001_smile:

i like it when you have been working for a good couple of hours, saws doing their bit, bit of chipping, and then someone comes out moaning they work nights and expect you to go away or to be quiet...

fully respect that night workers would find this annoying, but the attitude of some people is something else which you just cant please.:banghead:
