Clearly not working hard enough you lazy *insert expletive*! :001_tt2:

Like Rob, I would love to be able to regain some weight back. I was 20st 8lbs when weightlifting, now down to 15st 5lbs. I pack away a daft amount of food each day (my sandwich box today had 14 slices of bread in it) and my weight won't move! Only when I'm off the forestry for a bit does the weight creep up a bit.

To echo Stephen, eat less, move more! :001_tongue:

Losing weight is easy this time of year.

Just watch "I'm a celebrity" and eat what the contestants do, they all loose about 3 stone in as many weeks!

Although it could be difficult to get a bit of kangaroo knob up your ways but I'm sure you can improvise.:thumbup1:

Funnily enough though I was thinking the same(not you getting fat but me also) Seem to have piled the weight on in the last 12 months or so and do start to feel 'slow' and bloated.

Although being a fatty we can find loads of excuses to blame it all on, its allowed.

He's got a proper job, the problem is he uses his crane to lift him in to to tree's. Mewp style....:laugh1:

I went to see the nurse a few months back for blood tests and she basically thought i was a fat git and started preaching to me i cant be exercising enough and insisted i joined a gym.:sneaky2:

Believe me, if you are already doing a physical job, the only way is to eat less!

I just cut out sugar in my tea Dave

If you think about how many brews you have a day and how many teaspoons of sugar you are consuming, you are burning that instead of fat.

I went to 16 stone 6 months ago, now I'm 14

Oh ...and just cut out the inbetween snacking and chocky biscuits at lunch

Oh...and excercising helps but apparently you have to run for 100 miles just to burn 1 pound of fat, it's better and easier not to put it in your gob in the first place

Not had sugar in my brews since I was 18 mate.

I like cakes and chocolate though, so I'll be cutting back.
