I'm getting fat!! HELP!!!

I was 12.5 stone for most of my adult life.

 

Since reaching 40 (I'm now 41) I have found my waste line expanding :blushing:.

 

I am now over 13.5 stone :001_huh: and I feel bloated and unfit:thumbdown:

 

So its time to take action.

 

I have aways had a beer or a glass of wine with my evening meal so I've stopped that, now I am only going to drink on the weekend.

 

I'm swapping chocolate biscuits for more fruit in my lunch box and not have crisps any more.

 

I have always been very active and have never before had any real issues with my weight, so I would really appreciate any tips on shedding the pounds.

I think with a few tweaks to diet I can get back to my ideal fighting weight.

 

I know if I leave it it will only get worse and be harder to sort.

 

I really hate the way I feel just now.

 

I only put on fat around my organs (which is very unhealthy) so my stomach gets bigger but it tight not wobbly, my dad is just the same.

 

My joints are not getting any younger, so the last thing they need is to be carrying any extra weight.

eat like a king at breakfast, a duke at lunch & a poorper at dinner

 

only eat carbs at breaky & maby limited carbs at lunch none with dinner.

 

I have porridge for breakfast (have done for 20 years).

 

Should I try to have no bread at lunch??
