Huck i have moved up and down weight all my life to fit into competition brackets, small meals and often (6 or 8 per day) this speeds up you Metabolism try and stay away from the 3 larger meals per day, drink water if you feel hungry it can trick you head into thinking you are full, its calories in calories out.

make a diary of your eating habits now and be honest, then count up the calories you consume in a day you will be amazed. So drop that by 20% and increase you aerobic activity slightly, nothing daft a brisk walk for 15 mins you will feel the difference in a month i would not bother with scales for a month as you can end up jumping off and on them expecting a quick fix and you just get dishartened and reach for the cakes ( been there ,done that!!).

Slowly change your eating habits and exercise and it will come off, in fact i should take that advice myself as im a fatty now too .

good luck with it.

Climb, lots and lots, to the tips and beyond, use no cranes, mewps nor ladders and the wieght will fall off and become an issue gaining!.

I never use MEWP's, hate the things, same goes for ladders.

And I only use my crane for lifting timber.

The amount of climbing I do depends very much on the work I get in.
