9hrs of in a tree time later....... today's 9 1/2 hour job, we've got to go back and chog the stem down. The wind was really blowing today and not the way i wanted it :sneaky2: and the 2 sheds were still up which the client had said wouldnt be. He was fine with the extra cost as he'd had a quote to dismantle them and it was more than the tree job. We worked off an offset lowering point which put us roughly on top of the fence, wasnt too bad just very slow, For some of the timber though it made letting them run onto the drive easy so i guess it evened itself out.

So ive been testing some Rock Exotica kit recently and well to say the UFO is awesome would be and under estimation, Linked up with a light rigging double crab swivel it was perfect for today's removal. High winds were in all day and we needed to land stuff in a certain position. Made easy, The rigging crabs are good too, very big gates so clipping in and out was pretty quick. Also we had a balanced limb, 3 smaller branches butt tied and a pull line all attached to the ufo at one point and it worked a charm.
