'Fraid not. It works by strapping a rolled up plasticised sheet - looks like a roller blind - to the top edge of the tailgate. The sheet unwinds onto the empty pickup bed, the load goes on top. To unload you insert the handle into one end of the roller with the tailgate down and wind.

hmmm, thinking of getting one myself. was also thinking maybe of fitting up plywood frame either side of wheel arches to form a hopper, not sure if the convenience of not raking/clearing out would justify the loss in usable area...
