never suffered even when playing Rugby however just back from Cape Town and a 9 and a half hour flight, 2 hour stop in Dubai follwoed by a 7 and a half to Manchester has resulted in the last few nights with me writhing in agony on the living room floor, ouch...

No , not tried that Conor , although I do take Magnesium/calcium/zinc tab twice a day . Trouble is you don't know what is going to be the offending until its too late ! 🙂

Are you sure it’s “just” cramp and not more sinister DVT symptoms. 
Sorry not trying to scaremonger.

Yes stubby. I get cramp these days. Worse in hot weather, so presuming hydration has something to do with it. Also a youngun introduced me to some electrolyte tablets you dissolve in water. They seem to help.
