I know exactly what he is describing in this article, top line and take home nowadays are so far apart it’s starting to be not worth trying to run a small business, self employed is hardly any better.

Whilst many of the ATL fools are still suffering from Trump induced depression on here the current cluster **************** of a government continue to plough ahead with ludicrous damaging policies. I’ve never ever experienced so much negativity and pessimism from the self employed or small business owners as I’m seeing and feeling at the moment. I don’t hear anyone with a good word to say about Labour.

No denying that domestically they're quickly into stride, its Labour XL.

But to their credit the world seems to be seeing Starmer quite differently. I'm no fan of him, of most of them, any party really, but been surprisingly impressed with his conduct globally. He seems to have positioned us favourably with European leaders whilst keeping Trump on side, no mean feat.

There seems to be a committment as well to increase military funding which you must favour Dave?

I think things would be different if Mr Starmer didn't have the Royal Family in his back pocket. Such are the vagaries of Mr Trump.

The labour choice isn't two buttons, it seems to be throw the car in reverse whilst on the motorway, whilst applying the handbrake and simultaneously getting spiked by the police.

Maybe they want to force us to a bale out 1976 as a reason to rejoin their favourite love triangle?.

Thanks for clearing that up for us Gareth. Lucid as ever.
