I need an all rounder machine driver, no tickets necessary. Agri background ideal. They need to be local as all my work is within ten miles of base.

I've tried FB local groups. I've tried emailing the local agri colleges.

What have you used before thats got results? My last good guys came from factory closures, or just approacing me direct after seeing how I worked on site compared to their bosses at the time. Or friend of a friend. But I think all my phonebook contacts are now sick of texts asking if they know ayone looking for work.

Bloody hell Ruben, your the southern version of me 😆

All the above the same. And even me getting sick of talking to folk, do you know any decent lads after work etc..... (and no doubt they sick of me too)

I've tried colleges all sorts.

Lots of space cadets out there on facebook etc...

I've actually found someone recently to start soon but who knows!?

I think it's all about time and luck. No science

Good luck bud

Certainly here in Ireland, at least, I think traditionally one would have had a few sons 15-20 years before you needed the help. Have you considered this route at all?

Perhaps he is putting it up the wrong hole 🙃
