Yesterday's torrential rain has passed, river was right up last night but looking like a decent week to come.

 

Chores day mostly, the highlight will be taking a pup called Maple for an introductory walk before her first sleepover with me next weekend. I'm really looking forward to it! I've met her a few times but my mate's getting married next Saturday and I'm having Maple to stay so better do some bonding first.

I’ve been in a bad mood from a miserable earache since Friday afternoon and did not enjoy getting up early to marshall a classic car run. Did someone a favour though so worth the effort to keep the milk of human kindness flowing. Now waiting for a VW Tiguan to collect the paperwork from me, which he wants to hurry up with because I’m almost out of coffee.
