Morning, -8 here with stiff legs and achey back, that should ease by 10am ish.  Driving day here, off to Edinburgh to Field and Forest so 6 hours driving with a couple of food stops.

Dry and crisp here, so can crack on. Dismantling a couple of large conifers today. Will be cold while waiting for groundie to clear what I have just dropped🥶
