You can get the slaves with elasticated cuffs I bought a pair but don't know where I put them . Tended to take them off after a few minutes. The Stihl jackets are good but only if it's very cold then great to keep you warm.

Whilst I can't comment on what PPE you currently wear, but training is probably the best protection you can ever own.

 

Yes, sleeves and jackets are available, but they aren't comfortable for any length of time. So will inevitably get ignored and left in the shed.
