Further down includes horticulture with agriculture/forestry etc in exemption:

At Budget 2020 the government announced that it was removing entitlement to use red diesel from most sectors, except for agriculture (as well as horticulture, forestry and fish farming), rail and non-commercial heating, from 1 April 2022.

I ve message a lot of people to get clarification on this and still waiting on an answer. Maybe the arb association can ask the government if we can still use it in chippers.

there will be an increase in cost for construction but nothing significant really. concrete pumps, volumetric mixers etc

 

Does mean driving the digger, dumper and telehandler to tesco for a fill up as no way storing white on site for the pikeys to have a field day with.

Your fine dont worry about red diesel, you me and a few others on here all qualify for exemption, you have that one word on your invoices and website,
