  1. In fairness I was asked how it compared to the 540. It coped well with some dead maccy today, but wasn’t keen on some mistletoe laden apple later in the day...
  2. True, anything less than 7.5” leaves me frustrated these days....
  3. Er it’s not as good, doing some maccy this morning, will try n get a video
  4. Currently got a 165 on hire while my beloved Jensen 540 is being assessed after a crash. 165 seems relatively competent, build quality seems fairly robust, but it just doesn’t do it for me! ( probably being a bit unfair after owning a 540 for years). Does look good though...
  5. So do I! Not holding my breath though!
  6. Yeah, just a bit freaked out, think he had a blackout, just swerved straight into me!
  7. Yeah, chipper defo sortable, gonna get new panels, might as well if insurance covering it
  8. Aye, luckily I’ve some understanding customers so have managed to sort the week into something resembling normality! But first thing just looking at my entire livelihood scattered across the road was pretty dire, and typically the only tool that got damaged was a hedge cutter I’d borrowed off a mate, that’ll be reflected on the invoice...
  9. Yeah, two school kids on board...
  10. Pretty much the long and short of it, I reckon as he hit the box it’s spun him into the chipper. Ripped the top of the ram off!
  11. Bad start to the week, old boy veered into my lane.... no one badly hurt, but still a massive pain in the arse! But have offers of chippers and trucks from a three local firms. Which is heartwarming to say the least
  12. That’s disgusting/lazy, who’d let their kids stand next to that shite?
