Our working days are full of shitty snied comments aimed at each other, there is no offence in any of it but it just makes for a better working day in my eyes, Over the years i have worked with all age groups of people and by far the better ones to work with where the older guys who had worked on building sites and road building as there was never a dull moment in the day working with these guys, some of todays younger generation just seem so boring and make a day feel like a week, 

You have to have a sense of humour if you work the sites and roads, people who don't, don't tend to last long.

Back to the Wimpey sites, we where mainly 16/17 years olds at the time and to be sat in the Paddy hut at brew time we got ripped to bits 3 times a day every day but we stuck it out for 3 years till the site was finished, F - - - - - g good times tho,
