Yep and your cooker had the flat " twin and earth "  going into the wall through a ceramic cover .

I remember that flat twin and earth cable, we used to have it on a grain auger that plugged in to that strange screw in socket that turned on by twisting a brass knob. Bloody thing confused me at 5 or 6 year old. How times have changed since the late 80s I’m not sure it’s all for the better 🤔 Kids aren’t allowed to do owt these days 😢 I’m sure that’s part of the reason they don’t grow up with any motivation.
