3 of them mean badly marked utilities at random depths near here

2 are gang tags

1 is buried pirate treasure

 

Apply digger, auger or stump grinder to find out which is which

If it was anywhere around here it would be interpreted as dognappers being rampant in the vicinity. In fact if anybody happens to read the post it will be assumed it was around here and Irish people in silver or white vans will be along shortly to steal your dos.

They use cable ties for that over here

It’s not around our neck of the woods, and I’m certain it doesn’t relate to dogs in any way. But I did wonder if there might be a less-than-honest reason for the markings.
