Been thinking about runing it on the blue aspen fuel, What do you think on that or just normal pump fuel

I'm just in the process of fitting a tach clock to it to keep an eye on hours. Bought one off eBay, seems to work fine, just figuring out where to best install it.

 

Where do you guys get the oil filters from for the engine? £23 from orange plant, local dealer £18. Oil filters for all my past vehicles never more than £7-8. How can such a little filter cost so much

If you run on Aspen4 (the blue one) you will not have any fuel related breakdowns and it will keep on working all year round.

 

It will be easier to start and run better.

 

Engine wear will be reduced and many users are telling me their machines are more economical running on Aspen.

Type your post code into our dealer locator on the Aspen website and it will list all the dealers with your chosen range 10 or 25 miles etc.....

Will check them out tomorrow and might start putting some super fuel in instead. Charge the extra cost to the customers

Kept it covered in tarps Andy. That's part of the problem, the unusually high amounts of Ethanol in supermarket fuels soak up their own weight in water from the atmosphere. Leading to hunting.

 

Gonna get me a breathable motorcycle cover.

I never buy any fuels from supermarkets.

My advice for these wee chippers is to run them on Aspen 4.

My Wee chipper setup, worked a treat at a retail site today, at least 2 8x4 trailer full worth of green waste processed. Would normally take 2 of us most the day with loading/ driving to green tip and unloading. Got all that i needed doing in half a day.
