Hi All,

I've got a couple of issues with my CS100 - I wonder if any of you can help?

First off, the electric has packed in. I did work but now it just makes a very quiet click and then nothing... the pull cord works okay. Greenmech said they couldn't help as it wasn't 'their' engine!!

Second off, has anyone fitted wider wheels to theirs, ideally with solid tyres? My wheels are well rusty and one of the tyres keeps going flat. Might be easier to just replace them if there's an easy swap, especially if I could 'go large'!!

Thanks...

Either a dodgy battery or starter or wiring. Possibly a shot rectifier leading to discharged battery. First test is to measure the battery votage or try a jump pack.

I have a suspicion it will be harder to push on solid wheels, but easier than a flat tyre.

What about arb trolley solid wheels? You can buy these as an upgrade, they would be strong enough for sure.

I don't know how big the CS100 wheels are, maybe these could be adapted?

Buy a bottle of tyre seal, it will plug the gap and save getting any more punctures

Run the machine, get a tester and Check for a good earth, all wires tight etc. Most likely the regulator, but loose wire is possible
