Head on up there and build him a nicer house then.

You monumental gobshite .

That seems a little harsh for a comment that was obviously tongue in cheek.

However, my wife is an architect so it's not outside the realms of possibility 😊

I refer to almost all houses in the UK as rabbit hutches.

On a serious note, the houses are patently architecturally awful. The only redeeming feature of that I can see is the oak tree in the front garden. The house was purchased with the tree already standing in the garden - why buy the house if the intention is to fell the tree?

Does my head in. Developers pack shitty little houses onto postage stamp sized plots, leave the odd token tree than invariably ends up getting felled when someone buys a house and doesn't like the tree.

750 seems way to cheap

id like to think I’d have that down by 3pm but there’s some chip to shift.

if I rucked up with lorry chipper 3 man gang I’d be pricing at 1,200 if I liked the client 1,500 is what I’d aim for and the vat

stump grind 300

£750 is about standard for a little transit domestic day

but then there are plenty near me who daddy bought all there kit and there just working for pocket money so would do it for the Instagram likes

Lot of Ivy.  Pain in the arse.

Whether you SRT over it or strip it in the way up.  It is still a pain to deal with and to clear from the floor.

750 is cheap for that tree.  IMO
