Couldn’t wait to put the boy’s train set table up even before I have finished cladding the interior. First “wood” I’ve bought for years. Can now start to reclaim his old bedroom

it complies as the site previously had a building on it (an old school hall) plus less than 2.5m within 2m of boundary wall. i also give my neighbour free firewood😘

Its RolledSteelJoist, but thats a cracking job mate. Only mention i will make is cap those corners to stop any water penetration on the  end grain of the planks. Bit of batten or summat n mastic. K
