No argument on that one eggs and even if not experience would cause the '**** it, I'm doing it anyway' attitude to kick in and worry about the niceties later.

Terrible tradgey

Quite how this happened considering all handguns were banned in 1997 is quite beyond me?

Could it  be that criminals don't follow laws and banning things are ineffective?

Surely not.

As terrible as this is, for perspective, it’s worth remembering that 31000 people have been killed by guns in the US so far this year.

How many of those people had free access to medical and mental healthcare ?

40,000 people died on the roads in America last year Mick

480,000 from tobacco related illness

300,000 estimated from obesity

Gun related outrage only triggers the "simples".

Old fashioned copper, doing it how it should be done.

Ahhh whataboutery, the preferred tactic of the gun lobby.

No outrage here, just stating facts.

That’s another little chip gone from the bastion of straight talkers.....

The legendary Mountain Man using the term ‘whataboutery’ rather than embracing the dynamic cut & thrust of argument, counter argument.

It’s a dark day for AT.

I’m going to push my red wine consumption into overdrive so as to cast a veil over the realisation that the world is changing in ways I’m increasingly uncomfortable with on an, apparently, daily basis.
