I’ve got that sat on a shelf waiting to have time. The others were really good

I just finished the latest series from Peter F Hamilton The Salvation Series. Bit of a slow burner in the first book but soon picks up pace.

Can post on to anyone who'd like to have them?

I hope the people do start saying enough is enough and ending this lock-down themselves. It is certainly happening, lots of people I see out and about are just doing their own thing. The die-hard lock-down fans may need telling when they can start thinking for themselves, but plenty don't.

Still waiting johnsond, old boy. Come on my keyboard warrior friend.

Friday nights are obviously when you are let out to play.
If after reading that post the day after the sauce had worn off and you didn’t see how badly it read then there’s not much point in me trying to explain it to you.

Totally agree.
People have given it their best shot I’d say but right now the lockdown is mainly in the minds of the politicians enforcing it. Sadly it’s children’s schooling that is the biggest unnecessary  casualty right now.

If they had just slipped us all a couple of K and told us to stay home for a month, we could have sorted this last year.

I don't have kids, I don't think that their schooling is the biggest unnecessary casualty right now either. If you're incapable of home-schooling a child, you probably aren't qualified to have one.
