Background to the HSE decision on two rope working

how could you possibly know what was going on with the decision making in relation to climbing or not? you weren't there. You've zero knowledge of the various targets/hazards/phonelines. You jumped to the assumption it could be felled. It couldn't which is why it was being climbed.

Apologies. From the pic it looks like 3 easy fells - might be a bit overwhelming if you’ve not felled bigger sticks before I suppose.

Hes a very experienced arborist.

This was the thread where he started to think about doubling up SRT lines, twin bridges etc

Spent the week getting SPRAT trained. DRT was pounded into my head. After a week of practicing I think it is quite doable...

Trouble is..... he is highly opinionated with everything/all.... sad really!!! He may be a very well experienced arborist (which i am not) and if he is, then fair play, but he lacks the discipline of friendly and reasonable debate!!!

Whats really sad is you constantly following him round, have a go at him.

You don't like him, we get that, your not alone.
