One of the issues with being a rural based arb... Farmers can do it..

I saw this on a bike ride and thought I would share.. How many Health and Safety failings can you list..

Meh!

Difficult to tell how close they are to the wires, presumably electric, but also presumably  not high voltage, and apparently insulated.

Looks workable to me, for what is little more than a bush.

P.S.

I am still living at 60+

Easy, He shouldn't have been using the telehandler,he should have tied three ladders together (preferably metal as there are power lines nearby). Baling twine would do the job just fine.

The power lines are low voltage. The line that he is closest to is not fully insulated. The lines going across the road have no insulation of course
