I always buy my new saws from Halls in spite of them being 50 odd quid more as there service and back up is superb!

Probably they have a guy there who does actually repair saws, hence a few useful bits n bobs, bet the other crowd just unwrap a new saw fr you. K

Did the felling for free in exchange for the trunks a few weeks back, it’s a woodland owned by a special needs school.

That’s the “boring” half, the next piece up is covered in burrs with a big Union.
