Cheap winch, par buckle up ramps ,bloody easy and your log looks twice as good as the one I made a small effort for...worse part was driving it home.

Do not leave it to splat either , it just goes green and looks shite like sycamore.... you want the rippling and burrs !

Luthiers would love a plank of wood like that.

Busy few days knocking out Oak orders and milling Larch for my own uses. 

 

Since my Log Deck is in the process of getting moved Ive had to improvise. 

 

Also been laying claim to some Oak when out and about. [emoji3]

Seem to have an endless supply of good quality oak trig nice to have.
