trespass.... Is a civil offence unless it is on government property..

I don't know to be honest .  I would have thought both parties would have to give a statement ?

As far as I’m aware, you do not need a license for a sub 12lb ft air rifle in the uk. An air pistol is sub 6lb

 

also if someone makes an allegation, the police have to investigate,  the woman has made some camel toe story up, and police are investigating

No, there’s a few members of parliament who see the .5 as a danger to the police and public and feel that licensing air weapons would stop them being abused just the anti gun lobby
