Arborists reminded of OPM hazard

In the main thou' I hope OPM is a regressive issue as I dont think the climate here suits them , however it is up to LA's to deal with them effectively as cross-boundary infestation is the main hurdle , K

 

( We clear all ours - some Local Authority dont give a shit )

I thought there was an obligation, due to public health issues?
