How? He's played his only card.

Physically I could kick his ass if I only had 1 hand so that's not an issue. He's a degenerate.

I'm sure you are proper hard but trying to devalue someone's property might just be a little upsetting for them, whatever you think of them.

I'll leave you to it.

I never said I was hard but nice try at being condescending to gain some feeling of moral superiority you so often seem to attempt to conjure for yourself

Why would I care about the feelings of someone who likes to attempt to take peoples children from them and who goes out of their way to try and prevent my advancement in life for absolutely no reason. I've only ever had 1 convo with him and that was when I told him, no I won't go to court and say this and that about his previous tenants etcetera.

Now you know you are OK with the shed and he can't do anything it might be best to chill out for a few days and just do whatever you feel like about the situation.

Venting your anger on here about what you are going to do will just leave you open to annoying smart-arse replies (as above) which will just fuel the situation even more.

Go have some beers in your shed and just enjoy yourself.

You said "physically I could kick his ass", which I read as you think you could do him harm, (look how hard I am).

I'm not after point scoring I'm just thinking what I would do if someone deliberately tried to ruin my property investment.

It wasn't a smart-arse reply. What would you do if someone tried to ruin your investment?

You clearly do care about his feelings. You want him to feel bad, hence your desire for revenge.

If it were me I'd let it go, you won, he failed, move on.
