What are you on about, I have Public liability insurance..  I've no idea what it covers but I'm sure it covers more than tree felling..

Don't forget the home owner has a duty of care to employ the right/relevant/whatever person to do the job. If you do use the bloke down the pub and something goes drastically wrong the law can look to said home owner.

He and people like him are the real reason people are wary of tree surgeons.  evertime I do a job they have to be remeasured I ain't gonna run off without moving the rubbish..

Why does he need flogging? He hasn’t done anything wrong, I don’t like his business model but at least he’s not pricing work cheap just to get it, fair play I say, he is exploiting idiots who do work for nothing like you and your rope, idiots that can’t do it, do it cheap and the spout about utter shite!
