Cabin Fever

Anyone else getting cabin fever? I don't want to go shooting as my Fiesta doesn't cope with the snow in the country lanes where I shoot :( I can't do any work in my parents' garden as it's covered in snow :(

There's only so much internet prawn you can look at :(

I might polish my boots tonight :)

Thankfully had some log deliveries to do this afternoon as felt it starting to set in this morning and my irritability levels starting to rise.
I don't do well stuck at home and the Mrs has incredible skill of being able to mess around and not get ready on a morning so it's nearly always lunchtime before we can get to go out by which point the best bit of the day is gone.

That's an evolutionary trait im afraid. Ive learnt the hard way just to go and sit in the pick up and wait as previous attempts at complaining have led to the subsequent journey being taken in excruciating silence. Did try a wise crack one day about her neck hurting seeing as she was staring out the passenger window the whole time but funnily enough that wasn't much of an ice breaker neither.

Dare I suggest spending that waiting time in the pick up focusing on your breathing. If you get good at it you'll find the subsequent journey can turn out very differently.
