Sweet fern?

Not like any mimosa I've seen before and too big to be the fern, it's an evergreen and looking mature at about 6 meters.

 

Didn't have my phone on site but the bark and branch form are pretty much Arbutus unedo, not familiar with any other arbutus but think that's most likely.

Its not sweet fern, just similar shape leaf.
