Cheers Matt, I'd hoped your curiosity might get the better of you.

 

Was it an internet find or from a book?

 

It was a hard one because im sure i had seen it before but i couldnt find it in any books. (Probably hadnt seen it before)

I eventually found it on the internet searching the obscure leaf shape.

Got there in the end.

Nice little tree. Given the location and the first hit when you Google it I'll bet the owners paid a small fortune for it from Architectural Plants.

 

 

It's a well established tree Jon, don't think it's gone in recently.

 

Probably should have had a better look about might have found some other treats.
