Anyhoo,to steer this thread back on course everything happens for a reason and Arbtalk is the ultimate platform for us to Vent,discuss agree or disagree and this thread brought up a marmite subject.Whatever the outcome,Thanks Reg! Keep posting😎

I hope this Mark fella has agreed to delete his piece on one handing a chainsaw as a part of this reciprocation....

 

Or amend his views on the subject... perhaps a qualifier, only very qualified users aught use chainsaws one handed in controlled situations...

 

or somethin like that, otherwise your takin a good coupla of vids down why he's out there calling all an sundry numpties for doin what you consider a perfectly legitimate practice.....

He has, and without my asking. So, I can't argue. I realise too that I probably should have first contacted him directly, instead of making a big thing of it in public. If nothing else, hopefully it's provoked some self reflection on how we all work. Never a bad thing.

Call me a cynic but the blog did exactly what a blog is supposed to, its a tool to generate web traffic and this one has done its job perfectly, lots of well targeted internet chatter.
