hi chaps, i'm looking to get some tough trousers to wear over winter and can't find any that i fit into.

i'm a 41" waist and when i buy 42" trousers i can't fit into the legs as they are too skinny. ones i just bought from ebay were 11 1/2" from the crotch to the edge of the trouser when laid flat and i need 14" at least as the girth of the top of my leg is just over 27". where do most tradesmen with muscular legs get their work trousers?

any brands would be great info please.

also does anyone else have the same problem as me??? or have i just got big legs?

any help appreciated fellas.
