  2. I hear that the day rate for a sawman here in Ireland can range from 250-350 per day, fuel etc at your own expense. Hard to see any profit in these kind of jobs for sawman or owner.
  3. customers have given me old bottles of port that have been off, only viintage port keeps hopefully these 2 were still drinkable by all the nonces last night After dinner hosted by the King and Queen, guests will be served Warre’s 1945 vintage port, in recognition of Mr Trump’s role as the 45th, as well as the 47th, president of the United States and because it is the closest vintage port year to his birth year. A Hennessy 1912 Cognac Grande Champagne will be on offer in recognition of the President’s mother Mary Anne MacLeod’s birth year.

The newest balanced and compact stump grinder that may be used to remove any kind of tree stump is the B21. The revolutionary Hill Hold System You no longer need to be concerned about your stump grinder rolling away from you as you climb the ramp. Transport up ramps, over steps or curbs, and over terrain is safe and simple thanks to a special braking mechanism. The stump cutter may be moved backwards safely and simply when the hill-hold mechanism is engaged without running the risk of the wheels rolling forward. With the invention of a closed bearing housing, which is lubricated from the factory for more than 1000 hours of normal operation, there is no longer a need for daily maintenance. As a result, you are no longer need to consider daily bearing lubrication.

  6. My son has just had the same.
  7. Morning all, Hopefully getting my ear cleaned out! Infection hard to clear until all the gunk is gone. Otherwise pottering day mainly.
  8. Morning! Gusting winds here and sunshine, still some leaves on trees so hopefully the good old Co-Dom trees will split out! 😂
  9. Today
  10. Par four here again Wordle 1,552 4/6* ⬜⬜⬜🟨⬜ 🟨⬜🟩⬜🟩 ⬜⬜🟩🟨🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  11. One site would be oak and Scots pine mix, so mainly taking out pine. Other would be hardwood. Both wouldn't be moving too far, across a field, so 500m ish.
  12. Morning all. Weirdly warm here today. I think it's actually warmer outside than in the house, as it's warmed up so quickly after a cold start to the week. Forecast 21 today and 22 tomorrow.
  13. Indeed, they're in "a pickle". Quite a serious pickle I'd say, and not of their own making. The UN commission of inquiry has laid out in detail it's evidence, referenced to the relevant conventions. Much of it is in the public domain, appears irrefutable and crucially, doesn't eminate from Hamas. I agree, we shouldn't blindly trust what a terrorist organisation says, we shouldn't trust it at all. To suggest that the immense death and destruction that we see/read/hear about every day on the news is Hamas propaganda is misguided. That narrative is in fact just Netanyahu and IDF propaganda. A relevant aside: the commission has previously concluded that Hamas committed war crimes and other grave violations of international law on 07/10/23. The three-member expert panel is made up of a South African, an Australian and an Indian; so no dogs in the fight there. https://www.ohchr.org/sites/default/files/documents/hrbodies/hrcouncil/sessions-regular/session60/advance-version/a-hrc-60-crp-3.pdf I obviously wouldn't expect you to read and digest all of that, but at least consider it. Netanyahu and Trump need to challenge those findings quickly, it's not enough to say it's just another "distorted and false" report, and it's all the fault of Hamas.
  14. Yeah like it is still solid, I might just mill it and see what happens. If its crap the stove can have it then.
  15. 120 years of growth to be thrown into a stove in 1 winter does seem a waste

    Jokes???

  21. Morning Team, slept badly and feel pretty rough! More phone work and job hunting - something will come along eventually. Wench sent me details for Elf's in Santa's grotto in Meadowhall at Christmas! Be safe y'all. Dump, Pert, Ruck.
  22. Respect is earned. Ricky Hatton spoke out about mental health issues and did what he could to help others. He wasn't some wind up merchant who made his money 'debating' college kids.
  23. Morning all. Better morning here, looks to be a calm warm day to come. Done the tourist stuff so far, yesterday saw Omaha beach which I've wanted to do for a long time, quite a place. Quiet day planned before starting the journey home tomorrow. We've not heard from @roboted on the register for a while, hope all's well? Have a good one folks.
  24. What I have used for the last 5 years- really good product
