  2. Mornin’ all. Dampish here, going shopping then a couple of jobs to look at, been a good week, and a good month as it goes. Slow start to the year, picked up as the year went on, now rattling along well.

    Beer prices?

50p beer was proper shit beer though, the dregs from whatever brewery had a few barrels 'best before' last week style.
  10. Yesterday
  11. Lots of parts are still available for the 036 MS360 but IIRC some bits aren't. Its going back awhile but I'm sure someone wanted a crankcase which is no longer available.

    Beer prices?

When I started drinking in the club it was 97p for a pint of LCL. That would be about 1992/3. It was also 97p for ten regal king size, a box of matches, and a pack of polos, back in 1989.
  13. Yes another waste of electronic kit IMO that will never earn its money back. I must have £1000+ of diagnostic kit that's only ever used to setup up new carbs. TBH I don't recall any instance that the kit has helped with repairing a machine.
  14. If/when they restart America, and swear in the last person needed to sway the votes on Epstein files being released I suspect there will be further revelations. I can't believe that the royal family with their own police, were unaware of Andrew's deviance. Likewise, I struggle to believe that nobody had flagged up Saville to Charles. Anyhoo, I am but a serf.

    Beer prices?

Are you sure? I remember a bottle of dog was 24 1/2p at the Punch Bowl in 76-77, sounds a bit low. My grandad said, but didn't follow through, that he wouldn't drink in the club if it went over a pound back in the mid 90's.....
  16. Yet nothing as yet...strange considering the wedge she got for silence?
  17. They finally ditched cst Steve, it’s now hsh Husqvarna Service Hub, I hate it, it’s a real step backwards.
  18. I don’t think there’s much point. He’s bought a heap of dog shit.
  19. I think it's unlikely that the poor lass who topped herself was the only victim in the ex-Duke of York's association with Epstein. I also struggle to believe that other members of the royal family were unaware of what was going on.
  20. New gear ≠ new replacement parts.

Private resident, drive available for drop off.
  22. Farma gen 2 12 tonne trailer with the octagonal main beam is awesome. Nice low centre of gravity and good steering angles. Although you can't go wrong with the 11 tonne euro trailer from botex. If anything I prefer the upright pins over thinning bolsters.
  23. Once you’re used to them you won’t go back, another plus is it’s easy to drop the trailer off without lifting off a huge valve block for the levers.
  24. Once you have gone proportional electric set up you will struggle to go back. The smoothness and control is just another level. Downside Im not sure how well it would dismount. I'd guess the valve block stays on the trailer and you keep the controls in the cab and the electrics plug into the valve block and make it go. Nice as you can have little joysticks on the arm rests. Not done it with a trailer system but have with a roof mount botex The other option would be to go radio remote which just means you use a little remote sitting in the cab and the valves sit on the trailer. Just don't mount it all on the headboard but behind the king post or it gets expensive when you poke the valve chest
  25. de-rail thread title says new kit - not 'what replacement parts have you bought?' No, that's not an idea for a new thread
