  2. How long Britain could really fight for if war broke out tomorrow APPLE.NEWS In the event of a war, one expert suggests the British Army could be incapable of fighting effectively on... Time to spend money on things that count.
  3. Heavy rain all morning. Already call it off. If you’re going out there in this, bravo.
  4. Tom started going to the gym at this time in the morning, must be target rich environment! Sounds still out, best get a cup of Yorkshire finest. Be good y'all! Ure, Ayah, Heap.

  6. French presidential frontrunner 'will allow UK to push back migrant boats' and backs Farage for PM APPLE.NEWS The politician tipped to become the next president of France says he will allow Britain to "push back" small... @Mick Dempsey Make sure you tick the right box Dempsey.
  7. Big news coming. Can't say too much. Massive announcement on the way. All in due course.
  8. Yesterday
  9. Nowt to say. I left for other reasons but was happy enough with the majority of the folk i worked with, was previously an owner of two of the brand and wish the staff at Greenfab well. It is hard not to get bitter and twisted after all that happened (or didn't) during my 27 years there and I'll always look over that fence too. But, my time there is done. Jensen (the factory) have always been awkward to deal with. This current patch of difficulties is not helpful for those who want to buy them or are already an owner or dealer. Every brand has its idiosyncrasies, as does every dealer/supplier. Hint....if you buy a machine and have issues, call the sales bloke. He had your commission and wants your next order, if he is any good, he will move heaven and hell to sort your issues. If he has any spine, he will 'sell' his own product/organisation without slagging off his opponents or their wares..... I think the lecture ends here.
  10. No. Seems it’s YOU spending “too much time on YouTube” you womper 😄
  11. Cant be too hard to retrofit 2 speed tracking? Is it just an extra capacity pump?
  12. I also looked at TW and the salesman seemed a bit clueless- I knew more about the machine than he did and I’d never seen a 230 in the flesh. Quoted me a price a couple of k higher than on their website - then asked me where I had seen that price 🤣 And spare wheel with mounting bracket at 450.00 I thought was a joke too
  13. if your aim and power are great then you should be set, no? Unless that shite timing means you’re not very accurate, in which case it sounds like your aim is, in fact, shite. Listen, don’t speak.
  14. I felt the same when they were the Greenmech dealer for our area and was happy to deal with a dealer in Birmingham instead, neither are Greenmech dealers now.
  15. This is Hawthorne wine. Anyone tried it before? I'm curious as to how it's going to turn out. It's very early days, but based on the taste I had last night when transferring to the demijohn, it's promising. Seemed to have a good amount of tannin and acidity. Bit sweet though so I hope that'll ferment out.
  16. *Bump* Do we any home brewers still on here, or have they all left?
  17. No sowing bitch seeds until we get the Greenmech goss.
  18. Having dealt with THW in the past I wouldn’t deal with them - although this could be branch specific
  19. I thought that they went in to Admin as a co owner wanted out. A new owner was found but yes, supply has been hit and miss at best. I heard that Field and Forest had a delivery postponed from February to November over supply issues and the main rep has gone across to Groundcare as he was tired of dealing with the poor situation etc....good luck to them, decent machine but poorly supported from the manufacturers.

  22. Verstappen is similar, his very rich dad paying his way. Am glad Norris won though - cannot get to the top of any sport without a bit of talent, but to get to the very top you need some ££ behind you to do nothing else apart from that. Hoping Hamilton gets some decent development time this year to make his car suit his style better, feel he has another 2nd or 3rd place left in him Feel a bit sorry for Piastri though losing out second place - but that is racing I guess - Norris got a new suspension part way through the season about the time he took off, so perhaps he had the better car at the end? Personality wise, yup, not a lot there. Though is it a generation / age thing that he hasn't developed a media presence or personality yet? (see this in work, it takes the graduates a few years to come into their own - aging and maturing - and more age again to get proper sarcastic about the job)
  23. Im weary of th, as a business im not going into it as it will sound like more fking Bullshit. I dunno why people aren't straight , I cant be done with bull . Spose one reason why you'd not hear about admin of a big company is fall in shareholders. But they were good chippers
  24. It's possible the dealers in question have ceased dealing with certain companies and manufacturers as their customer base has changed, or maybe another manufacturer offered them a better deal, possibly with a higher profit margin for them. or maybe another victim of rachel from accounts.
  25. jose

    Isuzu vs Toyota

i had a DMax, tbh hated it. Looked good but wasnt particularly good at much else. Got a dodge ram now. Love it. Does everything effortlessly. Only down side is poor MPG. But 5.7 V8 so to be expected!
  26. I’ve got a bridge you might like to buy.
  27. b22 is a good machine. so this should also. Be interested to know if the bearings on the b22 could be upgraded to these?
