  2. If you arrived to me and my motor was unfixable and your tablet didn't give you the option of booking recovery, but customer has it on policy, would you phone in or is it policy to get them to phone the office and leave them to it.
  3. Wordle 1,694 5/6 🟨🟨⬜🟨⬜ ⬜🟨🟩🟩⬜ ⬜🟩🟩🟩🟩 ⬜🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  4. One of his videos, was about mending chipper once a hammer head went through it. Re chipping is a waste of time I would of thought just put it on muck heap and spread it later. I am surprised you took a chipper there.
  5. I,v been a rac patrol for 38 years its not like it was in the early years im glad iv only 2 years to retire
  6. Some tree lads dump chip there too, but it is usually really stringy and he re chips that!
  7. My 3 year old and 1 year old having a rest bless em
  8. Today
  9. We as a people need to wind the clock back on legwear. Greaves, puttees etc.
  10. It’s not great for holding a knot when it’s not under pressure, but splicing in a krab is 30 seconds work. It coils fine once it’s been properly used and stretched, then it loses its manufacturing β€˜memory’
  11. Yes, it has got into the drain twice already, once it somehow without damaging anything got under the manhole cover and grew into the drain blocking it, second time a survey found a dropped pipe which had happened previously, the roots had only just started to get in but that's been repaired.
  12. Didn’t know that, assumed it was brought in from a job and stacked. I saw another vid of an apparent site clearance they were chipping up and it looked a similar shitfest.
  13. Exactly, they pay to tip and it all gets chipped into biomass. In all fairness he wasn't that negative about the chipping ability. It was more the feed mechanism needed a more grab friendly setup that's more aggressive and funnels anything into the feed rollers. Which isn't a surprise as he's a Italian pezalatto from David the Haycaps guy.
  14. It's a green waste tip for tree surgeons etc how else is it meant to be piled?
  15. When I volunteer with the Ramblers on footpaths, under the supervision of the local authority, those using the battery brush cutter have to wear hard plastic shin guards. I thought it was OTT but...
  16. Hugely pleasing. Strong aesthetic. An eternal vibe.
  17. I've not used it for rigging but its awful for tying knots or coiling up, extra bulky. A cinched biner is the best way to use it?
  18. This sprang to mind.
  19. Tandoori Chicken - phase 1.
  20. I woke up at midday and it appears to be spring! Walking the dog now. My jacket’s open. I just found a young couple sitting on the ground, admiring the view together. Optimism. Promise!
  21. We got given a box at the Albert Hall in about 71, cannot remember much about it but he wasn't bad. His style went more to his roots as he got older. I certainly understand how a rocking boppper wouldn't get excited with his music but for truly depressing Harry Nilsson did it for me.
  22. It is. In this scenario it’s an advantage.
  23. Look at me worrying myself to death..
  24. Yes, ideal as a light rigging line.
  25. Wordle 1,694 3/6 ⬜⬜🟨⬜⬜ 🟨🟩🟩⬜🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  26. I had to cut it shorter to drive the car to A&E, it pulled out easy enough though, then a tetanus jab. The impact of the wood against my ankle bone hurt the most, a proper sickener, even with chainsaw boots and trousers on.
