Good Morning Another week of M25/M4 Now to Henley. What, what! Have a good and joyful start.
-
Toyota in for first service, unsettled by the booking in process and I think my request for loan car to get home has been ignored. Will be asking if the warranty stands if the Ford place in my town can do it, at least I can walk there and back. Peat, Terse, Cellars.

Sounds like the compliant member of society deep inside manifesting Alex. Exciting day though, re the backplate.
-
I just had a dream where I couldn’t collect the winch backplate from the machinist today because I had to leave for school before he opened. I’m 38.
-
Back at it, both from a work point of view and from the chiropractor’s POV. Bit of adjustment needed, I’ll get on the blower to the bone-cracker once they open. Otherwise 2 smallish routine TDs and a grind. Nose back to the grind stone lads.

kram started following Dipperfox stump cutters.
-
I've used the same principle on a job last year, smaller stumps but access meant I couldnt get any machine in there and would have been smashing roots out with an axe. Expensive driveway to avoid damaging. I used a large auger turbo wood drill bit in the Makita cordless. Yes they hit stone and blunted, but saved a lot of time. Sharpened easily enough. However if you have a heavy machine, you could mount a 50cc engine auger to it (or hydrualic motor unit) and use a carbide tipped auger drill, same idea as the dipperfox.

Wow I’m not surprised- looks pretty lethal!

Thanks. Ill look into it although our past dealings with Amazon aren't very good from memory. Its an awful platform to sell on so we ditched it.
-
Have you considered Amazon shipping? They have a minimum of 50 per day, I assume they use some kind of average. Thousands would imply your sending out 90+ each working day so should be eligible. Anyway I find then reliable, recieved quite a few items through them that were not purchased on Amazon - and then I buy a lot of items through Amazon prime. You cant beat them for speed, though I realise their terms for prime are not particually nice for retailers. Is Amazon Shipping right for your business?
