  1. Past hour
  2. 12.30 kick off I see, wondered why the early start.
  3. The bottom section(black) is made of a thinner more flexible material that sits nicely under the harness
  4. Wordle 1,631 4/6 ⬜⬜🟩🟩🟩 ⬜🟨🟩🟩🟩 🟩⬜🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Wasted a good start.
  5. We were fortunate enough to be supplied with Swazi jackets at work as the boss swears by his (I believe Rich Rule had influence there so grateful for that Rich!). By far the best jacket I've had and that includes climbing markieg. The length of skirt isn't a problem, indeed allows you to reach up unrestricted without the jacket pulling out of your harness and getting in the way. First time I wore it was dismantling 3 leylandii in persistent rain, had lunch in a dry t-shirt, highly recommended.
  6. Wordle 1,631 4/6 🟨⬜🟨⬜⬜ 🟩🟩🟨⬜⬜ 🟩🟩⬜🟨🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  7. Morning Team, in a hotel near Bracknell. Good night last night and feelma bit beery this morning! Case of rinse and repeat too I reckon with the wench wanting to get for a few tonight too! Logs to sort out this aft though.... Enjoy your Saturday! Spine, Hovels
  8. Today
  9. Morning all . Just dropped Jack off at the railway station as he is going up to Pompey v Charlton . Turned very mild here after night time rain . If I lit the stove it would be too hot I think .
  10. Up watching the Aussies flaying the ball around the park. Fire lit, trying to warm the house up a bit. Bloody stiff today, and not in a good way, climbing took it out of me yesterday.
  11. Had a wet one yesterday and the sip was doing the business. The Swazi karona looks like it might be too long and get in the way if you was climbing, do you think that would be the case? I need new waterproof leggings, mine very clearly are providing sieving action which lets the water in but at least keeps the dirt off your trousers underneath
  12. Thankfully the nappies are behind me now as the youngest is 2 1/2, hopefully the next nappies I see will be grandchildren and not me and the Mrs. Not quite got the arse wiping dialed, that's the 2 year old not me, but it's working progress. Think last night was the first uninterrupted nights sleep I have had for a month at least. Ready for a soggy day sorting a maccy that fell over.
  13. Following the advice of @Mark Bolami bought a Swazi kona. After 2 days of 50-60 mph winds and driving rain, i am still dry. Up until now i have been using the Solidor h2no jacket, which has been good, but no where as good as the Swazi . Thank you Mark for the recommendation.
  14. Sounds intriguing
  15. Saw that on FB, would be nice to know more details.
  16. Not sure, it made no sense. I immediately modified it. Maybe everything was meant to be held in the supplied vice?
  17. Wordle 1,631 2/6 ⬜⬜🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  18. Morning chaps, my shift started at 3.30am this morning. First change, nappy, feed, wind, burp, rage, swaddle back to sleep. Tea and biscuits now.
  19. Still in near daily use. Still in drop D. Still on the strings it came with! Still sounds good.
  20. PLA is fastest, good for indoor stuff, easiest, start with that, but it softens above 50c, it will melt in a hot car. Lots of colours available. My blue and red stuff is PLA. PETG is stronger, stiffer and better heat resistance. A customer had a saggy driveway gate, so I printed this wheel to stop it dragging. Should last for years outside, longer than the gate I think. My black, white, geen and dark blue is PETG TPU for flexible stuff, not tried that yet. ABS if it needs to be resistant like PET but glued or painted, or repairing existing abs items. I have not tried the high end ones, they can get expensive.
  21. Simple, hold the work piece in your crotch. And hope for the best.
  22. I hope that he/she is OK. Rescue climber needs sacking.
  23. Yesterday
  24. Decent clay shoot at Churchill spot, possibly the best in England, lovely supper and loads of booze! Left the youngsters to go to town but seem to be one of the last of the oldies. Thanks for the birthday wishes, it is appreciated! So would the help unloading/stacking 2t of logs in Retford tomorrow if anyone can swap beer for activity? Beer in Brewshed in town.?
  25. That’s mad, how are you supposed to hold your work piece when drilling if you need one hands to keep it switched on and one hand to operate the quill handle,
