Compared to the other english manufacturers

Happy to report the Arktis B310 is still waterproof after 14 months. Even happier to report I've just sunk a big glass of sherry.

Anyone who can keep booze without drinking it clearly hasn't understood the gravity of the situation.

Keep busy! Eat well and don’t drink alcohol. structure and routine is boring and hard but soon becomes routine, keeps your brain busy although some crazy thoughts can still come in just let them pass on through. if you know what’s caused you to get down, get yourself to some therapy. Minimise screen time too. Think of something you used to love doing as a kid. Go walk down the road and get a truck to honk its horn, seek out some dopamine. just things that have always helped me through some tough times.

It is a great post, but he’s wrong about roast pheasant, and venison.

No, you were wrong.

Nice thread. One of my kids is getting a 3D printer for Christmas so this is a very timely thread. What type of filament do you use for those tools? He is wanting some pla but I have no clue at all as to what works best for certain items.
-
Sub 3t would be big enough. shear it first then just pull root out with just the pinser ends.

The dealer ship were wrong ive just googled and its heritage , going how they are now built especially looking and driving with there horse trailers ,they look like portaloos, handle like shite and damage easily . As goes for sunset sunseeker I know, we have 2 factories in our county .

I imagine a crossbow for north of 300 quid is not the perfect alternative for anyone priced out of a cube. We had to replace everything after our burglary last xmas, options for choice on some kit was pretty limited. I ended up with the stein cube. I don't climb every day, but if I've climbed 100 days this year the stein cube was a cost of .50p per climbing day, and it's still in decent condition. Not feeling disappointed. -

Crossbows are for guys doing 200’ trees regularly, which isn’t us, let’s face it. Practicing until you’re half decent throwing by hand is one of the most valuable skills in arb I reckon. Setting lines, pulling hangers, deadwooding, setting remote rigging, it’s all good stuff. -
Brian james plant trailers , better built , chival librte as a horse trailer Small ifor as a small single axle trailer . Hoping to buy and m&e trailer at some point .

I used to disappear up my own rear end trekking around the country to quote for works - then had a light bulb moment, started asking for spec/tree removal reports and offering up estimated time and costs based on that! If we were in the range I’d then take a trip to site and fully inform fees. Saying that I still get house builders telling me they have a budget of x amount (based on what exactly 🤣) and then get asked if we can start the next day….🤣

I have 365 and I have 2 of them , can’t believe it can drag 28 inch properly , even 24 is at the edge with full skip, both my saws is modded , mufflers and port cowers grindet! Best bar for them is 20 inch or 18 in my opinion.

We get the picture Kram, you're tight and think you can reinvent every wheel. I can relate, going through 9 of the falteimer knock offs in a few years before buying genuine which has lasted me to this day and many more to come. By all means feel free to disregard my experience and crack on as usual though 👍 Ah, you went full retard... don't do that. -
10/10 post for multiple reasons

Cacti! Pure gold.

The older I get the less I give a hoot. If someone rings up and they are 30mins away I have got to be feeling extremely motivated to go and look at it! Seem to get enough in my village and the small local town to keep me happy. Quite a number of second home people round these parts. They get in contact for a quote but by god are they difficult to pin down. Seem to give you a very narrow window when you are obviously tied up elsewhere. One lady I have been batting emails back and forth for three weeks. Think that is going to kick it in the bin, shame as it is a local one but only so many hours on the day to deal with these cacti 🌵

That’s a worthwhile walk in my opinion!

The simple answer is no, av system not up to it, nor is the oil pump, 28” has to be on the slippery edge.

Yes you could. Resin printers are better for detail tho. I now have chain storage boxes And this little gadget to stop my phone getting lost in that gap between the seat. And a battery holder thing

Which trailers are better (actual models like-for-like)? I have my own thoughts and experiences, very interested to hear others.
