  2. Morning all, Lazy day today. Going for a test trip with Rosiedog (chocolate lab) in passenger footwell of Hilux next to wife’s feet to see if she settles. Going on busman’s holiday soon to Scotland and need to know she will travel ok. She’s fine in the van but not tried the footwell option before.
  3. That 031 is very interesting indeed @kramdo you find your 002 makes 2.5ah Batteries shat themselves?
  4. He’s great though isn’t he? Never follows a word of advice, can’t help liking him though.
  5. Swept the chimney ready for fire-season. Split some kindling. Saw sharpening, chipper greasing etc. Football and golf will take up the rest of the day (on the telly)

  8. Kram, I have an exceptional deal for you. It is an hexagonal shape. Looks similar to a wheel. Very cheap, no where near as efficient but it might help you get somewhere. Then when you’re tired of the bumpy ride, come back to me, I have perfectly round ones for sale, much comfier, more efficient and a little bit more expensive. Most people have been using these round ones for hundreds of years. See you soon. 😜
  9. That is interesting! The UC002 is a bit big for light pruning work and that looks more like a 2511 sized. Hopefully they kept all the power and just repackaged it.

  14. Rained in the night, is grey now but not due rain again! DIY type stuff, dog walk and rugby on tv hopefully. Good luck with the dressage! Bonus daughter is in to the cross country etc, currently suffering broken ankle after getting tossed while getting in to the saddle! Local trials are on soon so will have to combine watching within hustle of photographing! Enjoy the day. Meaty, Horror, Logical.
  15. Good Morning Nice one Doug. I miss my terrier/whippet companion, she'd happily sit in the sun/truck and keep watch. Off to see the fossil today for his Birthday. Have a peaceful one.
  16. In all fairness, for their power to weight all battery saws tend to be a bit on the heavy side. Interesting to see how it stacks up against the msa300 and the husky 550i when that comes out
  17. I’ve pmed it to you.
  18. Looking good Doug, there’s something about brown eyebrows on a dog the gives it so much character. Dry crisp morning here! Dog walking and pottering today. Have a good 1!

  21. Morning all. Good luck to them Stubby. Did a bit of dressage way back too on a retired hunter called Gem who really seemed to enjoy it and kept me right. Great fun. Been a quiet week for me, only a couple days back at work due to the man flu. Had my first day out alone with the heizo chipping timber on a farm. All went fine and had the pleasure of making a new friend who stayed with me all day, shared lunch and generally lifted spirits. Could have happily taken her home but farmers wife objected to the idea... Have a good one folks.

  24. Morning all . Patchy cloud , quite mild . A light shower as a walked the dog just now . Going to watch the other half do a dressage test later . He ( the horse , not the bother half ! ) is not really a dressage horse , more of a X country boy but hey .
  25. Wow, the Guardian sure got back to you quickly.
