I am surprised mull you have not herd there name as it has even been on the national TV.

reading between the lines I think that they wanted to be involved with the consultation of the rebuilding of the bridge

as to where they are going to put the foot bridge its on a flood plain (tadcaster albions) so hope the river dos not flood again, also folk might have a half mile walk to get onto the main street if he closes down the river side path (that he owns and no public right of way)

Must have missed it Dave, why is brewery being difficult?

The owner of the brewery owns probably half of Tadcaster and wanted a say in the rebuilding of the bridge.

 

 

To my mind and I'm not a local. If they pay for the rebuilding, they get a say in how it looks. They they just want a say but are not footing the bill...
