  5. Hi used to do many with the trusty ole spade was running place for quite a while years back when friend was doing his building work mind ended up once finished there going over to there doing the welding had to butt weld a load of 10mm thick wall plates had to be extended as it was max they could supply was something like 25ft boy they was heavy and right up on top of scaffolding! then also had to mill holes on thick plates and weld on top of RSJ's for a returns on some brickwork walls up in fresh air perched on some boards! Mind did a hole Xmas day one year got £100 took two hours to dig were like a ferret up a drain pipe! These days it's mostly with the Trusty Kubota 360 they do odd ones by hand if in tight spots. But with machine you can do at short notice
  6. One i was at is a Muslim one a lot is in shrouds but some coffins. We have one lot that always cocked the measurements up plus it would grow each time they rung up! plots are norm 20" across but have room to go wider as a round nearly 6ft from marker to markers/centres Had one to do one day which was in between rows as a spare one did it was 7ft odd and 38" wide all done by hand took three turns to get it in hole as bit wider than they said yet again plus they never allow for handles! but was always going to be "tight" as right on limits of others coming through esp if they was wide!. But got it in there in end see his wife and Daughters odd times when go to see friend who runs it but wifes getting on now really nice family and we still laugh about it she is German he was Pakistani she said bet he was laughing his socks off up there as said he was always a Funny type. Had some nice people and some not nice turn up. plus tragic burials one was a whole family burnt they all went into a special plot like a big square. Only two things you can't avoid! Taxman and death
  7. Yep had many hole flood did a child one years back this time of year it was like tide was coming in water was spring up from below mind changed now since had land drains run through as that side was like sponge grass looked ok till walked on then "Soft" Did an adult on end of a row where it has a slight decline but was a fault in soil just finished went back to shed and lady came along and said it's all fallen in! Went along where fault was like a band of mixed stone and crap plus get water build up in previous rows which push down into new plots! Mind yonks back one of the guys was digging one and next door collapsed in it was a female buried there and her arm came through round his leg! you never seen a Grown man jump so high and fast forget gold Platinum medal put the shits up him for sure! ole John was a funny bod used to go to all the sex/wife swapping/swinger parties you name but that dampened him down. Said hey John go get your coat you pulled!
  8. That sounds right name knew started with an S. What you think of them? Should just bolt onto any flat chassis or non with some modding! New battery starter and alternator if someone wants to swap over
  9. Had to do a re blue job on side by side that was a tad tatty! Can't remember all the coatings/finishes these days as was years back when was doing all the braking and conversion kits on the Rally cars. An odd one you can't Anodise Titanium Red it comes out Pink! Aluminiums ok
  10. Think myself Stihls a bit of an Whore as seem to be taking it from any direction! As been finding many are supplying inc our Covid Friends!
  11. They can make trackers that will run for month odd that are tiny. One friend got to track contractor that was taking piss with not doing what charged for on site calls as X takes so long but they wasn't there and turned out had just changed labels on units! so trialling it stuck it on GF's car scary amount of info that it provided from something size of match box! speeds/routes/moving or not/alert as move/average speeds/total speeds/aggregate speeds/over lay of routes and much more. cheap also runs of a data sim. Theres also Telemetric ones that track via few methods ie GPS and RF
  12. "Gold" colour is called/termed Parkerised anti corrosion treatment and looks to good/detailed to be a snide!
  13. Funny Vallorbe make for Stihl! Rated as one of the Best file company
  14. Def would steer extra well clear of JCB we had brand new one on hire first day urinated all it's hydraulics on floor all the fixings below was loose! UK isn't only ones as even USA ones are shite one i watch on Youtube picked brand new 10 odd tonner up on low loader JCB guy put it on trailer by time guy had chained it down it had pissed coolant and hydraulics all over trailer and road which got delivered to a dealer! few others on there also Also know machine driver down road from me we was talking about it and he had new big 360 it lunched turbo system £9K repair! We went and got a 3 tonne Kubota been great machine. Tammagotchi's wear quick on King pin so something to watch mind most of those small machine wear as shake so much I'd also get one of those Telemetrics trackers on it tucked away GPS and RF type was watching one on youtube where even if has no data connection working they still track with an RF finder and triangulate the position. They tracked a small 360 and trailer to a field in Kent!
  15. 19. Parts are easy plenty of breakers also Toyota dealers spares are ok also for supply. Great trucks very reliable unlike much other shite that is pedalled as Commercial!
  20. Remember also many have done the training and "passed there test" so get a Driving licences be it cars/Vans/LGV's/PCV's Insured well most are! yet still drive like Cnuts and most can't drive to a decent standard and "Crash" often with fatal results. Like on Docks many turn up in Artics and can't reverse and if do wipe out many other things so get escorted off the docks! plus many have driven for many years be them old or young yet show them something like snow and will soon find a wall/hard place to rest in! With any thing it's the Aptitude you either take things in and learn more things and move on becoming competent and safer etc at things or stuck at level one so are a Menace to many!

  23. Had one "Screaming" at me one day Got all Shirty! Ive an alloy litre fuel cell bottle thing (SIG) For stoves etc Mind was ok in the end as thought was a flask! But it's a proper thing screw cap has two screw other one in and it has a short tube to fill? But it's quite amusing seeing/watching the Commotion! Be funny filling Rally car with tank inside car behind firewall! Pull up open hatch/boot then see there Faces! Mind friend had a Chevy Stepside pick up truck 50's job had no floor in back tank and filler was in there was space framed Noisy thing sounded like WW3 coming down the road mind Wasn't long in going past! around 10 second standing 1/4! Big bag tank in back be fun to watch them then! But many places don't really know the regs just sort of get told but also if explain there often ok as much is to Stop idiots and drive offs.
