  1. Here’s where the old canal went through,about 100yds away
  2. Not yet,going to find out from the landowner on Monday,will let you know but the old railway line and canal went right past it to Tenbury Wells
  3. At work today,about half a mile across fields hedging and came across this old place,would be a great place to live done up,looks out across some fishing pools
  4. The ones on that hedge were some nice straight ash about 16 ft long that i cut from the bit of woodland right by the hedge,i always tap them down with the back of my hacker
  5. Bit of a wide load on the Gator ,finished off 370mtrs today,and on to the next one 👍

  11. I do all agri fencing on day rate on all the places i work,most of em buy in the materials lorry load at a time and i go and work on day rate putting it up

  13. Used to put leftover fuel in the saws(254xp)when i used to race bikes and a lot of it was 50/50 petrol and avgas with silkolene 2t,they used to fly on that and smell great(just saying)

I dont use Aspen,never have so don,t know about it but looking on at this thread it seems like everyone is keen to blame the machines for all the problems,now i,m not saying it,s not that, but brand new Husky machines that ran alright before he put Aspen in,now that doesn,t sound like faulty machines to me
  15. Well he already said the hedge cutters were working fine before he put Aspen in,so that makes Aspen the problem,just saying,
  16. But his hedgecutters worked fine until he used Aspen,so the machines can,t have problems surely
  17. Dunno but sounds like you,d have been better off sticking to pump fuel

This is true,the seed from the middle of the white berry transplants in a crevice in the bark and away it grows,my dad used to do it in the spring usually,make a nick in the bark with his pocket knife and squash a couple berries into it and tie a bit of rag round it,not always successful but works pretty often
  19. Well its pi$$ed down and snowed all last night and all day today,the ground can,t take no more,everywhere is saturated now

  22. I got a small Loncin(5.5hp)on a rotovator and to be honest its been brilliant,been on it a few years now,always starts 1st/2nd pull and runs great

  24. This is my transport at the minute,ground is way too wet to get to the hedges I’m working on with the pick up,it dont make a mess and as you say they are light,this ones not that quick on the road though
