    the upgrade to 3500kg towing is only a piece of paper and a new plate the toyota dealer has had them tested to the extra weight by a vosa aproved enginering company no upgrading of the brakes or suspension

    3 litre auto good for towing and they donot break you can get them replated to tow 3500kg
  14. thinking of the same set up compact with loader for large log loading cleaning up of the floor 3 point mounted winch and chipper large ifor with greedy boards for transport
  15. have to agree with you steve i have 2 hiluxes the auto totally different to the manual with a loaded trailer
  16. dormer or good black smith bits most of the colbolt and hard drills are very brittle and snap to easy
  17. personally find it easy and quicker to sharpen insitu than struggle removing and refitting worn and over tight bolts
  18. i think they where looking for some place safe to keep a bit of wire and some insulation tape but very probably stupid
  19. a few places on here selling metal composite grinding wheels to fit angle grinders have the benefit of less dust than a bench green stone plus you do not need to remove the teeth to sharpen them
  20. i think most of the jap pick ups can be fitted with the old type free wheeling hubs that can be locked unlocked in low range when the centre dif is locked
