have to agree with you steve i have 2 hiluxes the auto totally different to the manual with a loaded trailer -
dormer or good black smith bits most of the colbolt and hard drills are very brittle and snap to easy

personally find it easy and quicker to sharpen insitu than struggle removing and refitting worn and over tight bolts -
i think they where looking for some place safe to keep a bit of wire and some insulation tape but very probably stupid

a few places on here selling metal composite grinding wheels to fit angle grinders have the benefit of less dust than a bench green stone plus you do not need to remove the teeth to sharpen them -

i think most of the jap pick ups can be fitted with the old type free wheeling hubs that can be locked unlocked in low range when the centre dif is locked -
